Shipping
Pro Stitch Supply sells commercial equipment and supplies, and most large items ship by freight carrier from our supply partners. Shipping on large equipment is quoted per order. Contact us at contact@prostitchsupply.com with your zip code for an estimate before you order.

Delivery
Delivery times depend on the product, the supplier’s stock and the carrier. We confirm the estimated ship date and delivery window in writing when your order is accepted. Estimates are not guarantees.

Freight deliveries
Large equipment may require a liftgate or a delivery appointment. Please inspect the shipment on delivery and note any visible damage with the carrier before signing. Contact us immediately if anything is damaged or missing.
